Our Services
At Blue Ridge Bodywork, we offer Integrative Therapeutic Bodywork, priced by time, not modality. We offer 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions, each session tailored to the individual, with the option to add enhancements like hot towels, deep tissue, aromatherapy, cupping, hot stones, gua sha, table Thai, arnica oil, and more, at no additional cost. We feel that this allows for bodywork of the highest quality, specific to you and your needs.
30 Minute Massage
$55
A targeted session to relieve tension, ideal for busy days. 30 minute sessions are great for clients that want to focus on 1 main problem / body part. Perfect for that kink in your neck or some sciatica relief.
60 Minute Massage
$95
60 minute custom sessions provide just enough time to cover the whole body for restored ease, mobility, and calm, or to cover 1-2 main areas for deeper, heavily focused work. Recommended for first timers!
90 Minute Massage
$135
90 minutes is for you if you want head-to-toe coverage. This extended session offers lasting relief, and total relaxation, with plenty of time for focused work too. This session length is the most popular!
Optional Enhancements
Cupping:
an ancient Chinese medicine technique used to release deep muscle tension and improve circulation, leaving you feeling looser and more refreshed.
Aromatherapy:
we use organic essential oils to relax your mind and deepen your sense of peace. The gentle boost enhances your overall massage experience.
Hot Stones:
warm stones melt away tension and help your muscles relax more deeply.
Hot towels:
steamed to the perfect temperature, hot towels are applied to various areas throughout your session, and are a simple way to feel extra comforted and cared for.
Gua Sha:
a gentle scraping technique used to release tightness and boost circulation. Ideal for relieving deep tension.
Arnica Oil:
a natural oil used for centuries to help reduce soreness, inflammation, and bruising. A great choice for achy joints, faster recovery, and longer-lasting relief.
Massage Packages
When you purchase a package of (3-5) 60 or 90 minute massages, you get $20 off per massage! For example, five 90 minute massages, typically $675, would be $575!
Packages can be purchased at our office. Sessions must be used within 1 year of purchase, and cannot be used by friends or family.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be purchased online or in person and can go toward the cost of a massage or as the price of a massage. They must be used within 1 year of purchase, and cannot be exchanged.
